Just as a firefly illuminates the night sky, each Jugnu (firefly) symbolizes a young individual embarking on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
Targeted Commitments
By 2030, we are committed to training 5,00,000 young citizens to become economically thriving individuals, capable of managing their own futures. We will achieve this through diverse and innovative partnerships with organizations across the corporate sector, non-profits, educational institutions, and global foundations.
We are also building a thriving community of 500 mentors who will be actively engaged in guiding these young citizens to discover their own potential and light. Together, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive change and empowerment.

Tailored Solutions for Diverse Needs
We strive to address the challenges faced by youth through a fresh perspective grounded in a deep understanding of their emotional challenges and aspirations. Our programs are custom-designed to meet the unique needs of different stakeholders, ensuring a tailored approach that maximizes impact.
We are committed to tackling a diverse range of issues that affect various segments of society. For instance, we are working with a company focused on creating livelihoods for persons with disabilities. For this collaboration, we designed a 20-hour agency-building curriculum specifically for a cohort of students with speech and hearing impairments. This involved redesigning the course to suit sign language-based communication.
In addition, we are implementing social and emotional learning (SEL) programs for children of construction workers in labour camps and out-of-school children. Creating new initiatives means moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach. We take our core learnings, experiences, and program designs and adapt them to different contexts, thereby forging new pathways and solutions that are both innovative and effective.

Skill development programs ensure that youth acquire the technical and soft skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing job market. Leadership training fosters the ability to inspire, influence, and drive positive change within their communities. Together, these elements create a foundation for young people to grow into well-rounded, capable, and confident individuals ready to contribute meaningfully to society.
